Bob Stoffer, owner of Stoffer’s Air Conditioning & Heating has teamed up with Amber Stoffer Thomas, Co-Owner of Ooh La La Crêpes, LLC, to open a second family-owned business in the Alvin community. On a European vacation six years ago, Bob tried crêpes for his first time, and it was love at first bite! Last November, Bob approached Amber about opening up a crêperie to share his new love of crêpes with the community and to offer “something different” for diners. And so began, Ooh La La Crêpes, LLC. Bob and Amber’s dream, coupled with a year of hard-work and dedication to the new crêperie, has finally come to fruition with the opening of Ooh La La Crêpes, LLC January 20, 2012. What better way to start-off the New Year?! Ooh La La Crêpes offers a full-menu of delectable savory and sweet crêpes (from a roast beef, brie, cranberry specialty crêpe to a traditional strawberry and nutella sweet crêpe) to fulfill breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert desires. We proudly features Boar’s Head meats and cheeses in our restaurant ensuring quality to our customers. For guests who covet desserts, we will also provide a variety of Italian gelato flavors and ice cream from Blue Bell Creameries. As a perfect pairing to any crêpe or dessert offering or enjoyed all by itself, Ooh La La Crêpes provides a variety of Italian Lavazza espresso and brewed coffee.
